Japanese Integrated Medicine

JAPANESE INTEGRATED MEDICINE

The roots of Japanese Integrated Medicine go back to the old scrolls of Amatsu Tatara Hichibuku Goshin Jutsu, a more than 3000 years old japanese tradition in medicine.
Originally created to provide a fast and effective treatment for the warriors in battle, it has become an accumulation of eastern therapies which have proven to be of highest level possible.

Japanese Integrated Medicine seeks to balance the individual on all levels: body, mind and soul.
The used techniques can be separated in the following categories:

  • Tai Ki Yoku
Diet, Exercise, Breathingmethods – similar to Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga
  • Sekkotsu
Mobilisation and adjustment of joints, spine
  • Anma
The modern Shiatsu Massage originates from the traditional, tissue balancing, remedial massage method called Anma.
  • Hari
    Acupuncture and Moxibustion
  • Gohan
    Oriental nutrition
  • Kampo
    Herbal medicine and super tonics.
