.OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE

Osteopathy was invented by Dr. Andrew Taylor Still at the end of the 19th century.

Combining extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the human body, an osteopath searches for any dysfunctions and blockades in the parietal (bones, muscles, ligaments), visceral (organs, blood vessels), fascial (fascia) and cranio – sacral (head, spine, sacrum) systems.

Releasing the found blockades, the osteopath helps to sustain the self healing ability of the body.

Osteopathic Medicine understands that each structure of the body is connected and takes part in the complexity of each movement – like walking or even breathing. Thanks to this knowledge it is possible to find and treat the root causes of each problem.
